CREATE THE PLAN
You're in pain and can't live life the way you want to. That can be frustrating. On Day 1, you and your Physical Therapist will create a plan to get you back to feeling good again.
Your initial evaluation will be 60-minutes. Here, you will become familiar with the Physical Therapist, and vice versa, and discuss injury, background, functional limitations, pain, and short/long term goals.
A virtual movement/performance analysis will be conducted specific to YOUR sport/activities and YOUR long-term goals for the program.
At (PRE)hab Lab, a holistic approach to health and wellness is taken in order to determine the root cause of your pain. We'll get to know you to decide the best course of action.
EXECUTE THE PLAN
Through 1-on-1 sessions with your Physical Therapist and action plan delivered through the app, you will be shown exactly what to do every step of the way to get you back to doing what you love.
You will be provided with unlimited email/text support via the app with follow-ups to discuss progress, setbacks, and ANY questions you have.
At (PRE)hab Lab, it is all about giving you the long term solutions to decrease your pain and prevent it from coming back.
EVALUTE THE PLAN
Health is a journey and we're here to be your guide to help you reach your full potential and live an active life you love!
Throughout your journey, your Physical Therapist will meet with you to discuss the current program, determine possible progressions, modifications, or regressions needed, and reassess movement and goals for progress made.
We want to give you long-term solutions for your health and wellness goals.
